VELVET WHISPER

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Lemon
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or any stemmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
PRETTY IN PINK
Presented by The Beverly Hills Hotel
Ingredients:
- 2 oz GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.05 oz Monin Raspberry Syrup
- Club Soda
- Raspberries
- Dragon Fruit
- Mint Sprigs
Instructions:
- Muddle 4-5 respberries.
- Add 1 tablespoon of diced dragon fruit.
- Pour lemon juice, Monin Raspberry Syrup, pineapple juice and GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a 1/2 wheel of dragon fruit and a mint sprig.
WILSHIRE HIGHBALL

Ingredients:
- 1.50 oz The Beverly Hilton Reserve; A Limited-Edition 70th Anniversary Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.50 oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Apricot Liquer
- 0.25 oz Elderflower Liquer
- 0.50 oz Combier Crème de Pêche De Vigne (Peach) Liqueur
- Club Soda
- Fresh Mint
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake ingredients with ice until cold.
- Add 1.50 oz club soda to shaker.
- Strain into chilled Collins, or any available tall, cylindrical glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
FEELING PRETTY

Ingredients:
- Brut Rosé
- 1.50 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
- 8 Dashes of Fee Brothers Fee Foam
- 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Raspberry Purée
- 0.50 oz Combier Crème de Pêche De Vigne (Peach) Liqueur
Instructions:
- Combine fee foam, lemon juice, Combier Crème de Pêche De Vigne (Peach) Liqueur, raspberry puree, and vodka in a coctail shaker.
- Add ice and shake for 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a prepared glass and top with Brut Rose.
- Garnish with a rose bloom, or fresh or dried petals.

BALI HAI

Ingredients:
- 1.50 oz Guillotine Vodka
- 0.50 oz Chartreuse Liqueur
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Purée
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Edible Flowers
- Lemon
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shake and strain over ice.
- Add a dash of Angostura Bitters.
- Garnish with edible flowers and a lemon wheel.
THE MAYBOURNE OLD FASHIONED
Presented by The Maybourne Beverly Hills
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Macallan 15 Year
- 1 oz Nikka Taketsuru
- .375 oz Pandan Syrup
- 2 Dashes Forbidden Bitters
- 4 Dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir gently until well chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain into a rock glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange twist over the drink and discard, or garnish with a pandan leaf.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Calvados (French Apple Brandy)
- 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Laurent-Perrier 'La Cuvee' Champagne
Instructions:
- Combine Calvados, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and double strain into a flute glass.
- Top with 3 oz of Laurent-Perrier 'La Cuvee' Champagne
CRIMSON CANOPY BIRD

Ingredients:
- 0.75 oz Ten to One Light Rum
- 0.75 oz Ten to One Dark Rum
- 0.50 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
- Fresh Mint Sprigs
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Double strain into a stemmed glass of your choice (no ice).
- Garnish with fresh mint sprig or an orchid.
MEZCAL SUNSET

Ingredients:
- 0.75 oz Twisted Alchemy Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Tres Agaves Agave Nectar
- 0.50 Ancho Reyes
- 0.75 oz Les Vergers Boiron Passion Fruit Real Fruit Puree
- 0.50 oz Clase Azul Mescal Joven Guererro
- 1.50 oz Clase Azul Tequila Reposado
- Dehydrated Pineapple Wheel
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a smoked half-rimmed rocks glass over block ice.
- Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel.
