Along iconic Rodeo Drive, new flagship destinations from Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and Louis Vuitton are redefining luxury retail through striking architecture and immersive experiences. Just beyond the Golden Triangle, the landmark One Beverly Hills development will introduce the West Coast's first Aman Hotel, spectacular botanical gardens, and an exceptional collection of dining, shopping, and wellness offerings. Visitors can also look forward to Maggie's, a fresh new neighborhood market concept that brings elevated convenience and gourmet essentials to the heart of Beverly Hills.
Cartier
Cartier is preparing to unveil one of its most significant retail investments in the United States: a spectacular new three-story flagship boutique on Rodeo Drive, the iconic heart of luxury shopping in Beverly Hills.
The new boutique will join an exclusive group of Cartier's legendary global flagships, often referred to as the Maison's "temples," located in Paris, London, and New York City. These landmark destinations are celebrated for their grand architecture, expansive jewelry and watch collections, elegant private salons, and exceptional client experiences.
Expected to open in 2027, the Beverly Hills flagship will further elevate Rodeo Drive's status as one of the world's premier luxury shopping destinations and offer visitors yet another extraordinary reason to experience Beverly Hills.
Louis Vuitton Mega Flagship
A remarkable new landmark is coming to Rodeo Drive. Opening in 2029, the Louis Vuitton Beverly Hills Mega-Flagship will redefine luxury retail through an immersive blend of fashion, architecture, art, dining, and hospitality.
Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, with interiors by acclaimed designer Peter Marino, the striking two-building campus at 468 N. Rodeo Drive will encompass more than 100,000 square feet of curated experiences.
Spanning an entire city block between Rodeo Drive and Beverly Drive, the campus will be connected by pedestrian bridges and underground passageways and will feature:
- Rodeo Drive Building: more than 45,000 square feet across four levels devoted to Louis Vuitton's retail experience, including exclusive VIP salons and beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace gardens.
- Beverly Drive Building: more than 54,000 square feet dedicated to culture and hospitality, featuring a permanent Louis Vuitton exhibition space, gift shop, café, and a 150-seat fine dining restaurant.
Poised to become one of the world's most significant luxury retail destinations, the Louis Vuitton Beverly Hills Mega-Flagship will offer visitors yet another extraordinary reason to experience the allure of Beverly Hills.
Maggie's
A fresh new culinary stop is coming to Beverly Hills. Maggie's, a reimagined convenience-store concept created by Alex Canter, has chosen the iconic Union 76 station at the corner of Crescent Drive and South Santa Monica Boulevard for its first location.
Canter, a fourth-generation member of the family behind Los Angeles' legendary Canter's Deli, is bringing a hospitality-first approach to the classic neighborhood market. The station itself is a destination, recognized as one of the world's finest examples of Googie architecture after originally being designed for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Visitors can expect an elevated grab-and-go experience featuring draft lattes, matcha, soft-serve ice cream, fresh pastries, globally curated snacks, and exclusive food collaborations with local restaurants, making Maggie's a stylish new stop for both residents and travelers exploring the city.
One Beverly Hills
One Beverly Hills is redefining luxury living and hospitality with a transformative $10 billion, 17.5-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. Opening in phases beginning in 2027, with full completion anticipated in early 2028, the landmark project will further elevate Beverly Hills as one of the world's premier luxury destinations.
Developed by Cain International, One Beverly Hills seamlessly blends sophisticated design, wellness, nature, and world-class hospitality.
Highlights include:
- Aman Beverly Hills: the legendary luxury hospitality brand will make its U.S. West Coast debut with a 78-suite hotel, an exclusive Aman Club, and two ultra-luxury branded residential towers.
- Botanical Gardens: more than 10 acres of lush, sustainable landscapes will create a tranquil urban oasis, including a 4.5-acre botanical garden open to the public and additional private gardens for residents and hotel guests. The gardens will be irrigated using recycled greywater and captured rainwater.
- Luxury Shopping & Dining: approximately 200,000 square feet of curated retail and dining will introduce an exceptional collection of boutiques and restaurants, with announced concepts including Dolce&Gabbana and Casa Tua Cucina.
- Iconic Hotels Reimagined: the master plan thoughtfully integrates and enhances The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, creating a seamless luxury campus unlike any other.
Tiffany & Co.
A new Tiffany & Co. flagship is set to redefine luxury shopping on Rodeo Drive, replacing the former Luxe Hotel with one of the brand's most significant destinations worldwide.
The three-story boutique will feature two levels of retail, an elegant third-floor restaurant with seating for 53 guests, and an exclusive rooftop terrace reserved for VIP experiences, including private appointments, special events, and photo shoots.
Designed with exceptional guest service in mind, the flagship will offer valet parking, with dedicated attendants available throughout operating hours, as well as on-site and underground parking.
Upon its anticipated completion in June 2028, the Beverly Hills flagship will become Tiffany & Co.'s second-largest retail store in the United States, surpassed only by its iconic Fifth Avenue landmark in New York City.
The opening will further elevate Rodeo Drive's reputation as one of the world's premier luxury shopping destinations. Tiffany & Co., part of the LVMH portfolio, will join another landmark investment on the boulevard: a 100,000-square-foot Louis Vuitton flagship designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, planned for the north end of Rodeo Drive.
The new flagship will replace Tiffany & Co.'s current boutique at Two Rodeo Drive, ushering in a new era for one of Beverly Hills' most celebrated luxury brands.
