Newly reopened with an updated dining room and new tasting menu inspired by different wine regions around the world, celebrity chef Curtis Stone’s Maude offers only seven tables so that each diner can receive personalized service throughout the evening. The environment is described as equal parts luxurious and comfortable, serving menus that may vary in course numbers depending on the region. Menus rotate every three months throughout the year.
Jean-Georges Beverly Hills
With establishments that adorn the global landscape from New York City to Japan, Beverly Hills welcomed the opening of Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, which includes Jean-Georges Beverly Hills. The fine dining restaurant is the first West Coast venture by the acclaimed Michelin star chef and serves as the luxury property’s signature restaurant offering plush indoor seating, a 25-seat private dining room and a sprawling passionfruit vine-covered outdoor terrace. St. Supery Estate Tasting Salon
Owned by Skalli family, from summer 2017 through summer of 2018, the St. Supery Estate Tasting Salon brings its Interactive Wine Experiences to Beverly Hills. Activities include Comparing and Contrasting Styles of Sauvignon Blanc, Discovering the White and Red Varietals of Bordeaux and Aromatherapy with a Corkscrew.
Gratitude Beverly Hills
The hottest restaurant to hit the vegan dining scene, Gratitude Beverly Hills offers an upscale menu of vegan dishes curated by Executive Chef Dreux Ellis, and a wellness-minded beverage program by Beverage Director Jason Eisner. The restaurant features a naturally lit interior dining area amidst a long marble bar top, reclaimed wooden floors and a wide outdoor patio overlooking Canon Drive. Dine on organic and plant-based cuisine with dishes such as a Coconut Ceviche Tostada, Raw Pesto Kelp Noodles or a Raw Mexican Lasagna made with squash noodles and a cashew queso fresco. Classifying themselves as the “Home of the World Famous Iced Vanilla Latte,” the trendy coffee shop, known for coining the term “But first, coffee,” offers an eclectic beverage menu of cold brew floats made with Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream and Stumptown Coffee, pressed juices from Raw Juicery, Kombucha on tap and much more. La Colombe Coffee Roasters
La Colombe, veteran East Coast coffee roaster originating from Philadelphia and founded by Todd Carmichael and Jean Philippe Iberti, made its debut in Beverly Hills this summer. La Colombe offers a variety of coffee, including the traditional cappuccino, cortado, Americano varieties as well as pour over options and draft lattes. La Colombe carries an assortment of herbal tea as well as hot chocolate. The food selection varies based on location due to their local partnerships.
HANRO of Switzerland
Founded in 1884 in Switzerland, HANRO crafts the world’s finest lingerie, nightwear and loungewear. Internationally renowned hairstylist Jonathan Antin is known for creating the most sought-after hairstyles for Hollywood's A-list celebrities.
