The Mosaic Hotel Redesign
Following a multi-million dollar renovation, Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills has reopened to the public.
All 49 rooms have been conceived in sleek neutrals with silk embroidered wallpaper, original sculptures and wall art, and Calacatta marble bathrooms (stocked with Bulgari bath products). The new interior design is rich and welcoming with an alluring look and feel, as envisioned by Luxlo, a luxury London-based design firm, which is now making its first foray into Beverly Hills. Mosaic Hotel offers visitors and residents a stylish and sophisticated respite with prime access to Los Angeles’ premier shopping and dining.
“We carefully considered our guests’ needs in redesigning the property,” says Gnell Abracosa, Mosaic Hotel’s Managing Director. “Mosaic Hotel now stands out as a distinctive and design-forward boutique offering, which caters to leisure and business travelers alike.” Tim King, Luxlo’s principal designer adds, “Our goal with the redesign was to fuse a European sensibility with a modern American style, which pays homage to our iconic host community.”
California is celebrated in the redesign through the injection of blue hues, reminiscent of ocean water and blue skies, and palm tree silhouette wallpaper.
With state-of-the-art latest technology, guests can feel at home with connectivity options that can be personalized to their own devices and rooms come stocked with all today’s luxury-boutique must-haves, including recessed lighting, electric “do not disturb” signs and Nespresso machines. The refreshed pool area with its sleek white furniture, cabanas and cozy fire pit delivers an inspiring setting to swim and unwind.
