Secret Rosé Garden at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel
A re-imagination of the former Rooftop Garden Lounge, Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel has launched the ultimate “Rosé over Rodeo” experience for guests to delight in all summer long through Labor Day. As part of the hotel’s 90th anniversary celebration, the Secret Rosé Garden can be found behind an unmarked door on the Rodeo Terrace and features a lounge area under a pergola encircled by cascading vines donning colorful roses. Guests will enjoy a carefully-curated menu which includes light summer bites, along with blushing rosé varietals. BBQ With a View at The Peninsula Beverly Hills
Once the sun sets, head over to The Peninsula Beverly Hills’ Roof Garden for the hotel’s summer weekend BBQ series. The al fresco rooftop restaurant offers a BBQ dinner every Saturday and Sunday through Labor Day with BBQ favorites including Grass-Fed Beef Brisket, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer Can Chicken and Charred Whole Branzino. The Roof Garden will also serve specialty cocktails from their summer menu and S’mores for dessert, prepared tableside on the rooftop’s hibachi grill.More Information
Summer Taste Series at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
On July 21 and August 25, attend an intimate, outdoor cooking demonstration offered on the patio of Jean-Georges Restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Each demonstration will focus on a seasonal ingredient composed by a different chef from the Jean-Georges Restaurant team. The evening will conclude with a summer cocktail demonstration by Sommelier Jordan Nova.
