2-Day Beverly Hills Blood Drive

Be a LifeSaver! It’s been said that donating blood is like giving your body an oil change, rejuvenating your internal system in stimulating the production of new fresh blood cells. While doing one of the kindest humanitarian acts, it never hurts to keep your own “vehicle” well tuned-up!

Cedars-Sinai and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce is hosting a blood drive Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th. All successful blood donors – at no cost – will be tested for the COVID-19 antibodies and will also be able to confirm their individual blood type.

• Friday, February 12, 9 A.M. – 3 P.M. - Make appointment now

• Free 2-hour parking at 439 North Canon Drive or 438 North Beverly Drive

Other Information:

• Testing for COVID-19 antibodies included for those who successfully donate blood
• Cedars-Sinai will provide each and every donor a complimentary health screening which includes blood pressure assessment, iron/hematocrit reading, temperature, pulse
• Most common daily medications are fine (cholesterol, blood pressure, birth control, antidepressants, thyroid, even diabetics taking insulin)
• First-timers welcome
• Must weigh at least 110 lbs and be in good general health
• All ages 17 and up
• 16 years old may donate, but need a parent consent hospital document signed
• Tattoos and body piercings are ok
