A self-made, community-driven chef, Sepsy represents a new generation of women building culinary legacies—transforming personal history into craft, authorship, and enterprise.

Timed to Women’s History Month, the residency reflects the hotel’s ongoing commitment to championing female talent and meaningful relationships, while inviting guests to experience Sepsy’s signature scones and heritage-inspired recipes woven into the hotel’s iconic Afternoon Tea beginning on April 6 through May 3, 2026.
