Best First Date Cocktail Class and Dinner at Caulfields

Following the recent introduction of acclaimed chef Stephen Kalt, all-new menus, and an interior redesign, the newly revamped Caulfield's Bar and Dining Room continues to elevate Beverly Hills dining, offering both a hands-on mixology class-dubbed the "Best First Date"-and a Valentine's Day prix fixe menu this February 14.

Hosted by Los Angeles mixology veteran and Caulfield's Bar and Dining Room Beverage Director Jeremy Back, alongside Bartender Pierre Dos Santos (previously of the Playboy Club in London), the "Best First Date" cocktail class will take place inside the Thompson Beverly Hill's private second floor bar, from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, February 14.

Sample classic and signature cocktails from the bar menu, alongside passed hors d'ouevres highlighting some of Kalt's seasonal dishes. You'll have the opportunity to get behind the bar and create custom cocktails for your sweetheart. Attendance, which must be reserved in advance, is $50 per person, inclusive of unlimited featured cocktails and hors d'ouevres.
