• August 12th: 24hr Braised Beef Short Ribs served with pomme puree, sugar snap peas & heirloom carrots.
• August 19th: Fish & Chips beer battered flounder with tartar sauce, English peas, tomato & cucumber salad served with French fries.
• August 26th: Bouchon's famous Buttermilk Fried Chicken served with coleslaw, creamy mac & cheese, cornbread & honey butter.
