Throughout the evening, Chef Damon will personally guide you through the story behind every creation of the six-course dinner, offering insight into technique, sourcing, and inspiration.

January's ingredient is the winter squash. The inaugural dinner features the rich, comforting flavors of winter squash, paired with exceptional wines from Dilecta Wines, curated to complement each course.
