Winemakers from Frank Family will present pairings at this special evening featuring  Frank Family Chardonnay Cabernet and Pinot Noir

Butter poached Holland white asparagus (with Chino Hill Farms’ hen egg & truffle vinaigrette)
Smoked sturgeon rillettes, house pickles & pommes gaufrettes 
Spring cabbage stuffed with chicken & morel boudin
