July 4th Cookout at The Rooftop by JG

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is celebrating July 4th with a cookout at The Rooftop by JG whose kitchen is overseen by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, an acclaimed Michelin-star chef and author to several cookbooks. Known for its breathtaking 360-degree views of Beverly Hills and beyond, the restaurant will offer firework views, as well as a special menu highlighted by grilled specialties, everything from Faroe Island salmon and whole Maine lobster to Colorado lamb chops and Creekstone Farms tomahawk. A variety of sauces and sides will also be available, including grilled asparagus, wild mushrooms and corn on the cob. Reservations can be made from 4 p.m. - 10:15 p.m. via OpenTable.
