Menu highlights for the evening will include Lobster Salad paired with La Grande Dame 2008, Steamed Wild Striped Bass with black truffle and paired with Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut Reserve 1995, and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb paired with Cave Privée 1982 and Cave Privée Rosé 1990.
