Looking for a unique way to spice up a night this fall? Avalon Beverly Hills is offering an exciting new Fall Tasting Series for guests and visitors who want a taste of luxury from Oliverio's Executive Chef Mirko Paderno. The series of 4 separate tastings are each different in their own right, but are sure to appeal to every palette.
- Friday, September 21: Italian Wine, Olive Oil and Salumi Tasting. The first of the series will consist of the Chef's selection of Italian olive oils, salumi and fine wine.
- Wednesday, October 10: Whiskey and Cigar Tasting. The second of the series will consist of the Chef's selection of Scotch and Irish Bourbon, Rye and Canadian spirits with complementary cigars.
- Friday, November 16: Apertif and Digestif Tasting. The third in the series will consist of the Chef's selection of various Apertif's and Digestif's, such as Campari, Cynar, Fernet, Grappa, Luxardo Maraschino and Montenegro.
- Friday, December 14: Champagne and Oyster Tasting. In the Holiday spirit, the final in the series will consist of the Chef's selection of Bellavista champagne and oysters.
