Petula Clark at The Saban

A recording star of stage, screen and just about everything in between, Petula Clark has first broke into the limelight during World War II when, as a child, she entertained the troops, both on the radio and live in concert. Since then, she has never stopped recording. Her career spans 50 plus years and over 1,000 songs, including the blockbuster hit “Downtown”. All told, Petula Clark has had 15 Top 40 hits in the USA (two of them reached #1 on the charts), and has sold well in excess of 68 million records. She has appeared in over 30 films (including Finian’s Rainbow and Goodbye Mr. Chips), enjoyed success as a Las Vegas superstar, as well as appearing on Broadway, and achieving star status on stage in London’s West End. All in all, this show at The Saban, starring Grammy Hall of Fame Award recipient Petula Clark promises to be a very special evening indeed.
