Soirée Poulet at Bistro

Every Monday Night is Fried Chicken night at Bouchon but for one special evening, Chef Thomas Keller will open his doors for a "Soirée Poulet" as special guest chefs, Jeff Cerciello of Farmshop and Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo of Son of a Gun, share their version of fried chicken. Enjoy passed canapés, complimentary beer and wine from the bar and tour the open kitchen and interactive food stations offering a range of festive sides and desserts throughout the restaurant and terrace.

Expect Ad Hoc's buttermilk fried chicken, Son of a Gun's fried chicken sandwich and Farmshop's gluten-free Jidori fried chicken. As well as complimentary beer and wine from the bar, an open kitchen to tour and interactive food stations offering a range of festive sides and desserts throughout the restaurant and terrace.
