Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, welcomes Executive Sous
Chef Tsutomu Konishi from the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at
Marunouchi for a guest chef appearance from June 1-13.
Starting June 1, Chef Konishi's artful Japanese cuisine will be
available during both lunch and dinner in The Blvd. Guests
will be able to enjoy signature dishes such as Marinated Foie Gras
with Apricot, Dried Fruits and Baby Turnips or Grilled Wagyu Beef
Tenderloin with Lotus Root Puree and Wasabi Sauce. Additionally, a
portion of the proceeds will go directly to benefit Chef Konishi's
local community back in Japan.
