The BLVD Blueberry Month Contest

The Blvd Restaurant at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel wants your best blueberry inspired recipes. July is National Blueberry Month, when the sweet and tart fruit is at its peak. From July 5 to 15 submit your sweet or savory recipes on the contest page. The winner from each category will receive dinner for two in The Blvd and your recipe will be added to our Blueberry Menu for the remainder of the month.

Marinated bison steak with roasted heirloom baby carrots & blueberry reduction.

SWEET
Blueberry crumble pie with fromage blanc ice cream

DRINK
Blueberry Pina Colada: Rum, Blueberry Schnapps, Pina Colada Mix, Pineapple Juice, Crème de Cassis
Blueberry Mojito: Gold Rum, Soda, Sprite, Simple Syrup, Crème de Cassis
Blueberry Brazilera : Cachaca, Crème de Cassis, St. Germain
