The Polo Lounge Turns 85

Follow the sound of clinking glasses and raise a toast to 85 years of The Polo Lounge.

Throughout July, The Beverly Hills Hotel is celebrating the anniversary of the illustrious restaurant with a selection of signature dishes as vibrant as the Polo Lounge’s high-flying history.

Settle into one of the comfortable curved booths or take a seat on the pastel pink patio and tuck into fluffy Dutch pancakes with sweet apple for breakfast, roast turkey pan-fried sandwiches for lunch, and creamy lobster thermidor or seasoned Steak Diane for dinner.

As for dessert, naturally they will be serving the signature soufflé with a delicious new twist, created exclusively by the pastry team for this wonderful occasion.

The 'Pink Palace' will also be celebrating Polo Lounge director, Pepe, who has been with the hotel for 40 years, welcoming famous faces and our remarkable guests with the genuine warmth that's become an integral part of the Polo Lounge’s character.
