Join Scarpetta at Montage Beverly Hills on September 24, 2015 for Vini et Diner ("Wine & Dine"), an evening featuring memorable cuisine from Montage Beverly Hills' Executive Chef Patrice Martineau and Scarpetta's Executive Chef Freddy Vargas. For one night only, both chefs will share the beautiful Scarpetta kitchen to create a gourmet dining experience comprised of five courses with wine pairings, with each course representing Martineau’s French roots or Vargas’ rustic Italian fare.
