Prospect Gourmand

Experience farm to table dining for brunch, lunch and dinner. Prospect Gourmand serves local market fare, local craft beers and house made syrups and sodas. The menu is based on simple comfort food with French techniques.

Chef Isaac Gamboa trained under the aegis of Michelin-starred Chef/Restaurateur Michael Mina in Las Vegas including American Fish, Nob Hill and Strip Steak. He was also a part of the group’s opening teams, and honed valuable skills in fine dining and hospitality. Isaac then went on to be the Executive Chef of the iconic boutique hotel Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, California.
