Electric Fountain

9800 Wilshire Boulevard
Beverly Hills, CA 90210

The Electric Fountain in Beverly Hills is a historic 1931 landmark located at Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, designed by Ralph Carlin Flewelling and sculptor Robert Merrell Gage. Situated in Beverly Gardens Park, the fountain features a kneeling Tongva Native American statue, which is a tribute to the city’s Rancho Rodeo de las Aguas (“coming together of waters”), and illuminated, rainbow-colored light shows in a 30-foot pool, symbolizing the city's history.

The fountain was a gift to the City of Beverly Hills from the mother of silent film star Harold Lloyd and the Women’s Club of Beverly Hills.

The Electric Fountain was restored in April 2016.
