Da Lat Rose is a passion project between founder of House of AN and Crustacean Beverly Hills, Chef Helene An, and Chef Tony Nguyen. It is a homage to their Vietnamese roots. Located above the iconic Crustacean restaurant in Beverly Hills, Da Lat Rose is not just another restaurant — it is a cultural journey, it's history. It is a gastrobiography where Vietnamese-American history can be realized and experienced.

Through the multi-course menu, Chef Helene's dramatic life events — from Vietnam to being a refugee in America is shared through each course. As the menu progresses through the evening, Chef Helene focuses on the future of culinary advancements and establishes a foundation for Vietnamese cuisine to continue to elevate. In these final courses, Chef Tony Nguyen celebrates his own Vietnamese American heritage.
