Throughout the evening, Chef Mirko will teach attendees about the intricacies of making authentic Italian pasta dough while demonstrating various methods behind rolling some of Italy's most beloved pasta's such as Spaghetti alla Chitarra, potato gnocchi, and agnolotti. Following Chef Mirko's interactive cooking lesson, guests will dine at a communal table while enjoying the dishes they have just prepared with some lovely Italian wines.
