Jean-Georges Summer Taste Series at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Jean-Georges Beverly Hills, located inside the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, is launching a series of intimate, outdoor cooking demonstrations with the top-notch team of chefs responsible for the day-to-day operations at the award-winning restaurant. Guests will have the opportunity to sign up for one of the three demonstrations offered, each featuring a different chef, focusing on a seasonal ingredient.

Cooking with Eggplant with Chef de Cuisine, The Rooftop by JG, Joseph Castro will be held on August 25 at 3:00pm. Featured dishes will include crunchy eggplant parmesan, fresh mozzarella basil, and eggplant caviar. Followed by a summer cocktail demonstration with Sommelier Jordan Nova.
