Join Christie's Los Angeles for an exclusive course led by our art specialists examining the history and context of the artists and artworks that sell at the top of the Post-War and Contemporary art market.

This course looks at the artists and artworks that will be in Los Angeles as part of the Christie’s evening sales tour. Focusing on the art historical significance of these masterpieces, lectures will also address the importance of these works within our culture and the reasons why collectors are willing to pay such high prices for them. The works on tour will include Lichtenstein’s iconic "Kiss III" and Andy Warhol’s infamous portrait of Elizabeth Taylor, providing a unique opportunity to see these works first-hand.
