For the 32nd consecutive year, Spago Beverly Hills will host its annual Passover Seder dinner on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016.
Sample menu highlights include Spago’s Chicken & Vegetable Soup with Judy Gethers’ Matzo Balls, Braised Beef Short Rib “Flanken” with Vegetable Ratatouille & Roasted Moroccan Carrots, and a sea of desserts such as Matzo Toffee, Fromage Blanc Cheesecake and Passover Puffs with Caramel Sauce to name a few.
Price: $190 per person and $80 for children nine and under
All proceeds from the evening will go to benefit Mazon, a Jewish Response to Hunger.
