Enjoy Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills' Summer Taste Series on Saturday, September 2, for a cooking demonstration of signature dishes led by Chef Steve Benjamin and Pastry Chef Mathias Boirie followed by lunch with wine pairing and champagne toast on the Espelette Terrace.
Lunch highlights include eggplant caviar piquillo pepper, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and floating island “Oeuf a la Neige” with vanilla creme anglaise, egg white and caramel for dessert.
