Los Angeles Times and Food & Wine's "The Taste" is a
four-day wine and food festival that celebrates all things
epicurean in Los Angeles. The festival will showcase L.A.'s
burgeoning and dynamic culinary scene, and include everything from
local restaurant tastings and cooking demonstrations from top
celebrity chefs, to wine tastings/seminars from some of the
most-admired vintners in the world, and a variety of signature
events that will prove to be the talk of the town.
Bring your family and friends to one of the most elaborate
Labor Day celebrations, hosted by Food Network star, Giada De
Laurentiis. Los Angeles' most respected restaurants and chefs will
express their interpretation of what 'picnic' means to them. As
guests enjoy amazing chef creations, there will also be fun and
creative, kid and family-focused events throughout the afternoon.
And be sure not to miss cooking demonstrations from Melissa
d'Arabian (Food Network's Ten Dollar Dinners), Aida
Mollenkamp, (Cooking Channel's Foodcrafters), Debi Mazar
and her husband Gabriele Corcos, (Cooking Channel's Extra
Virgin), and Candace Nelson (Sprinkles Cupcakes).
