In downtown Beverly Hills, CA, the Beverly Wilshire’s CUT Lounge, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, is getting a tropical takeover and transporting its guests to an island paradise. From August 21–September 2, 2017 CUT Lounge will offer a full menu of tiki cocktails and island-inspired bites. The menu will feature various dishes and hand-crafted cocktails with a Polynesian/island influence.
Menu items for this special pop-up include coconut shrimp cocktail and Kalbi short ribs. Cocktails include the Puka O Kalani (Damoiseau Rhum Agricole, lime, passionfruit and Falernum) and the Garden of Eden (tropical tea–infused vodka, lemon and mint).
