On May 18th at 12 p.m., CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel will host an exclusive luncheon to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of women in the industry. Their goal is to share - through food, drink, humor and meaningful conversation - the inspiring stories and diverse experiences of women in the food, beverage & hospitality industries. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to support the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s Center.

Los Angeles Times Food Editor Amy Scattergood will host an interactive panel with Ellen Bennett, Founder of Hedley & Bennet; Chef Evan Kleiman host of Good Food, Cookbook Author & all around Culinary Multitasker; Top Chef & Wolfgang Puck Alum, Antonia Lofaso of Scopa Italian Roots & Black Market; along with Nadine Levi Redzepi of Noma in Copenhagen and cookbook author of Downtime. Panel discussion will be followed by a luncheon hosted by CUT Beverly Hill’s all-woman leadership team, Hilary Henderson (Chef de Cuisine), Ellen Farentino (General Manager), Megan Vaughn (Executive Sous Chef) & Angela Tong (Pastry Chef). This creative and talented group of women run the most recognized steak restaurant in all of Los Angeles, and set a fantastic example for how to keep a Michelin Star restaurant ahead of the pack.
