Wine Dinner with Duckhorn Winery

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar's newest location in Beverly Hills is pleased to host their first five-course wine dinner featuring Duckhorn Vineyard wines. Chef Partner Brandon Powell has created a decadent five-course dinner menu to pair perfectly with five of Duckhorn's wines.

• First Course: Yellow Tail and Apple Roulade made with orange yogurt foam, paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley, 2011.
• Second Course: Deconstructed Fleming's Salad featuring finely chopped romaine lettuce with fresh cranberries, lemon segments, and a mustard air, paired with Duckhorn Migration Pinot Noir Russian River Valley, 2011.
• Third Course:  Seared Scallops made with green pea puree and a slow braised heirloom tomato, paired with Duckhorn Merlot Napa Valley, 2010.
• Main Course: Center Cut Ribeye with white asparagus and aged white cheddar risotto along with strawberry jam, paired with Duckhorn Cabernet Napa Valley, 2010.
• Dessert: Fleming's House Made Candy Bar made with marshmallow and hazelnut filling topped with caramel and covered with dark chocolate, paired with Duckhorn Paraduxx Zinfandel Napa Valley, 2009.
