Enjoy Beverly Hills Day of Wellness, a complimentary event on Sunday, September 10 at Roxbury Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This day offers more than 35 health and wellness providers and aims to promote a holistic approach to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing by providing the knowledge and resources for more vibrant and balanced lives.
Roxbury Community Center and Park will be fully activated with seminars, meditation circles, group exercise classes, yoga for all ages and stress reduction techniques.
