Meet the Makers: Remy Martin Louis XIII Dinner at Montage Beverly Hills

MEET THE MAKERS

This fall, Montage Beverly Hills unveiled a series of unique dining experiences offering foodies and wine and spirit enthusiasts alike the opportunity to join renowned spirit ambassadors and winemakers for intimate tasting dinners in one of the beautiful private dining spaces at the hotel. Monica Olaes, Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant, design specialty prix-fixe menus inspired by the tasting notes of each rare vintage of wine and spirits featured throughout the series.

REMY MARTIN LOUIS XIII DINNER

The Meet the Makers series concludes with a Remy Martin Louis XIII-inspired dinner on December 7th, with Louis XIII Ambassador, Wayne Chang. Seats are $500 per person, exclusive of sales tax and a service charge.
