The Luxury of Peninsula Time
Peninsula Time is part of the Peninsula Promise, which recognizes travelers today need flexibility in their schedules and that each visitor’s time is precious, especially with group travel. To always accommodate their loyal and new return customers, Peninsula Hotels offers a unique 24-hour check-in/check-out experience that offers guests the luxury of time. With Peninsula Time, you can arrange to have your room ready as early as 6:00 am on the arrival date and check out as late as 10:00 pm upon departure, at no extra charge or any inconvenience.
Premier suites with interconnecting rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, perfect for families with children, while each of the villas has its own separate entrances for the ultimate private stay. In addition, each suite comes with your very own BMW to cruise around Beverly Hills in style, so we understand why you might want a late check-out.
Bike & Picnic Program
Known as the Grande Dame of the city, or ‘the pink lady,’ The Beverly Hills Hotel is still going strong over 100 years after opening in 1912. For something a little different than lounging poolside – though they do have the perfect candy stripe cabanas designed by Gray Malin – complimentary Linus banana leaf bikes are offered to guests who want to cruise past the iconic hotel structure around the hills north of Sunset and get a good work-out in the process (while you can check out the neighborhood where some of the beloved famous residents live). And, do order specialty food and drinks from the hotel for a picnic along with your bike ride to a local park such as Beverly Gardens Park for a romantic al fresco lunch.

From Poolside to Contactless Services
You might never want to leave the Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel that came into the limelight after it was featured in “Pretty Woman” with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere in the early 1990s. When you do eventually decide to venture out to visit the shops of Rodeo Drive and local restaurants, a complimentary house car will take you within a 2.5-mile radius of the hotel on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
If lounging by the pool is in your plans, you can take advantage of the amenities from a cooling Evian spritz to a smoothie shot and chilled water without even leaving your lounge chair. Nearby, the Forbes Five-Star Spa facilities, where all hotel guests - whether you book a spa treatment or not - receive complimentary access to the tranquility lounge, eucalyptus steam shower, ice fountain and experience shower.
And, the best perk yet: The Four Seasons App and Chat provides guests with real-time, contactless interactions with employees from their own device on nine global platforms and in 100+ different languages.
Personal Concierge
Jutting out over the busy intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards like a luxury ocean liner, this is the only Waldorf Astoria property in the area with a personal concierge service as a cornerstone amenity for guests. The hotel employs dedicated personal concierge members who are available to coordinate your needs from pre-arrival until departure and via text 24-hours a day, seven days a week. They can plan custom itineraries based on a guest’s individual interests to get the “local” experience when visiting Beverly Hills from arranging VIP shopping experiences, private guided luxury sightseeing tours, pet grooming services and whatever you can dream up. House of Bijan, a Beverly Hills icon with over 40 years of business on Rodeo Drive, expanded to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and guests can experience world-class shopping from within the hotel. The Waldorf is home to Espellete Beverly Hills created by acclaimed chef Steve Benjamin and the award-winning culinary team of Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and the only La Prairie Spa of Switzerland – both of which are significant perks for guests.
The Healthy Hotel
Taking a page from the pandemic and the fact that travelers value health and safety protocols, The Beverly Hilton is putting the health and safety of guests at the forefront of its services.
In addition to the Hilton CleanStayTM with Lysol protection program, Oasis West Realty LLC, parent company of the property, has contracted International SOS/Corporate Medical Advisors, the world's leading medical and security services company, to develop a bespoke safety plan.
Once a housekeeper has completed cleaning a guestroom, the Xenex LightStrike Robot will be deployed, and this germ zapping device will be the last occupant of the room before the guests' arrival. The UV Robots will run for 8-10 minutes and once complete, housekeeping and the UV handler will seal the room with a Hilton CleanStayTM with Lysol protection seal. The Xenex UV Robots have long been used in hospitals such as Mayo Clinic, Stanford and HonorHealth, and deliver up to 4,300 times more germicidal UV pathogen killing intensity than UV-c mercury vapor. The robots are also used in public restrooms, elevators, kitchens, meeting rooms, and to disinfect luggage.
Personal Pillow Touch
L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is the home-away-from-home for many locals for posh gatherings on their rooftop deck to wine tastings, weddings and corporate product launches. The bucolic hotel also offers a residential-style experience for guests, so every stay evokes a sense of feeling at home. The all-suite hotel offers embroidered pillowcases with the guest’s initials for a truly bespoke personalized stay. This monogrammed aesthetic touch is offered to return guests and every visitor will receive a welcome fruit basket with water and chocolate truffles. The property can also offer a flexible check-in and check-out (upon informing the hotel of arrival and departure times.)
Cigars & Whiskey
Newer to the local flagship hotel roster, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, is owned by a UK group that includes two of the finest hotels in London: Claridge’s and The Connaught. And, keeping true to its lineage of offering exclusive perks, this is one of only three destinations in the city of Beverly Hills where smoking is permitted, and one of only two where it is allowed without a membership. The front desk can assist with booking your experience at its cozy and intimate Cigar & Whiskey Bar that might include a tasting from the on-site collection of rare finds such as The Yamazaki from The Suntory Distillery in Japan, to Green Spot from Midleton in Ireland. If you would rather experience the lounge from a terrace overlooking the garden, move to the ample outdoor space furnished with white sofas and marble tables where you can enjoy your pick from 1,000 cigars from the Caribbean to Central America, which also receive the 5-star treatment with Murano glass ashtrays from Italy.
Membership Rooftop Lounge
The Umbrella Social Club rooftop cocktail lounge is open to the public seven days a week and is already a top draw for the property with creative cocktails and fun bar bites. Sixty Beverly Hills guests – who receive priority - can also book a cabana at the Umbrella Swim Club where a day-booking program for poolside lounging and imbibing is also available for non-hotel guests and locals with ResortsPass.
Another new service can be found in the recently opened ground-floor restaurant, Ella, in the form of a bottle shop that sells natural, organic, and rare biodynamic wines. How it works: If you'd like to buy a bottle to take home or back to your room, the $30 dine-in corkage fee is waived. However, if you are dining in the restaurant and gift a glass from your bottle to another guest in the dining room, the fee is also waived. This is a unique way to make new friends at the restaurant which observes its own form of social currency while supporting mingling and good times.
