Kick off your brunch with a picture-worthy cocktail like the Pop-lini. Prosecco is poured tableside over a perfectly sweet blend of white peach sorbet, Giffard Creme de Peche de Vigne and Japanese baby peaches.

For the first course, guests have the choice of palate-captivating delights like the Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Tartare with Rau Ram chimichurri, quail egg, L'Amuse gouda, and sesame rice crackers and more. The colorful Ube souffle pancake awaits, crafted with ube yam, coconut milk and matcha whipped cream, is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! 

For the second course, customers can indulge in modern Vietnamese spins on classic brunch dishes with the lobster crispy rice benedict, shaken steak and eggs with wok-flamed tomatoes or the vegan and gluten free hearts of palm “crab” cake benedict.
