Fogo de Chao

Located on the famed Restaurant Row, the Beverly Hills Fogo de Chao greets guests and passersby alike with a striking blue tower featuring a view to an authentic fogo de chao – the type of ground fire originally used in the process of cooking meat in Southern Brazil.  The steakhouse features a unique, continuous style of service and a prix fixe menu showcasing 15 delectable cuts of meat seasoned to perfection and slow roasted over open flames to preserve each one’s distinct flavor. 

Guests are pampered by traditional gaucho chefs who carve the meats tableside.
