Born in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Boyle Heights in 2010, Guisados, with an outpost in Beverly Hills, set out to serve homestyle braises on handmade corn tortillas made to order from fresh ground masa. The restaurant has created a simple menu, which reminds the founders of home and how their mom spent her afternoons. It’s that same feeling that they try to put into every bite.
