One of LA’s most popular bagel spots, Pop’s Bagels, is now open in Beverly Hills to serve up fresh bagels and hot breakfast sandwiches. Pop’s Bagels, like every great business story, arose from a problem in need of a solution. After scouring Los Angeles for a bagel that married a soft, fluffy inside with a fresh crispy exterior, and just the right amount of chewiness, Zach Liporace started the Pop's bagel journey in a small studio apartment in Los Feliz.
Pop's Bagels are made with organic barley malt and are hand-rolled each day, making for fresh bagels!
