Meet the Makers: Daou Wine Dinner at Montage Beverly Hills

This fall, Montage Beverly Hills look forward to unveiling a series of unique dining experiences offering foodies and wine and spirit enthusiasts alike the opportunity to join renowned spirit ambassadors and winemakers for intimate tasting dinners in one of the beautiful private dining spaces at the hotel. Monica Olaes, Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant, will design specialty prix-fixe menus inspired by the tasting notes of each rare vintage of wine and spirits featured throughout the series.

DAOU WINE DINNER

Please join Montage on October 5th for the debut event of their Meet the Makers series with famed Paso Robles wine producer, DAOU and the winery’s Global Ambassador and Master Sommelier, Fred Dame. Dame is known as “the man behind the glass” and, as one of only 116 American Master Sommeliers, brings an impressive blend of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the world of wine and cuisine. Seats are $200 per person, exclusive of sales tax and a service charge.
