Meet the Makers: Clase Azul Tequila Dinner at Montage Beverly Hills

This fall, Montage Beverly Hills look forward to unveiling a series of unique dining experiences offering foodies and wine and spirit enthusiasts alike the opportunity to join renowned spirit ambassadors and winemakers for intimate tasting dinners in one of the beautiful private dining spaces at the hotel. Monica Olaes, Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant, will design specialty prix-fixe menus inspired by the tasting notes of each rare vintage of wine and spirits featured throughout the series.

CLASE AZUL TEQUILA DINNER

On November 15th, Clase Azul Founder and CEO, Arturo Lomeli, will host an intimate tequila-inspired dinner at The Restaurant in collaboration with Chef Olaes. Guests will be taken on a culinary journey showcasing the finest Clase Azul offerings, carefully selected to complement the artfully prepared dishes featured throughout the evening. Seats are $400 per person, exclusive of sales tax and a service charge.
