Hotel Developments & Renovations
Hotel Updates:
- Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel unveiled a newly redesigned sanctuary of relaxation at The Spa at Beverly Wilshire.
- The Beverly Hills Hotel’s “Turn Left” project will feature new spaces including a Veranda Seating Area and Bar, private screening room, meeting venue and a new lobby café. It will also bring a new supper club with live entertainment and fine dining.
- The Beverly Hilton is undergoing hotel enhancement as they usher in a new era of luxury to the property.
- L’Ermitage Beverly Hills redesigned their lobby level, including their restaurant, lounge, concierge and reception areas and the rooftop.
Upcoming Developments:
- Planned for 2027: One Beverly Hills will introduce open space and breathtaking gardens which will integrate into the existing The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. This project will add new buildings, a luxury Aman Hotel, Aman branded residences and Aman Club
- Planned for 2027: Aman Beverly Hills, located at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, the new development will include an Aman Hotel, private Aman residences and a private Aman Club.
Purple Line Project
The Purple (D Line) Extension rail project will provide a transportation alternative from downtown Los Angeles to Westwood, including two stops in Beverly Hills: Wilshire/La Cienega Station and Wilshire/Rodeo Station. The project is being built in three sections, two of which are within the City of Beverly Hills. The first section stretches from Wilshire/Western in Los Angeles to the Wilshire/La Cienega Station.
