Poza

For the first time ever, the rooftop at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills will open to the public on May 19 with Poza — a new dining concept offering rooftop sunset views in Beverly Hills. Named after the literal Spanish translation for “pool,” Poza is a nod to California’s heritage and a celebration of elevated poolside dining.

The menu reimagines classic California fare with a focus on seasonal produce and coastal seafood. The bar features a curated selection of refreshing cocktails, spritzes, local wines by the glass, and standout LA brews. Relaxed yet refined, Poza invites guests to savor golden hour from an entirely new perspective.

Poza is located on the rooftop of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills and is open to the public, starting May 19, for walk-ins. Hours: Monday through Sunday, from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M.

88 Club
