Who is involved in the planning process?
BHCVB is leading the process. A steering committee that includes representatives of the City and a number of tourism-related businesses and organizations will guide decision-making. Coraggio Group, a consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning in the travel & tourism industry, is designing and facilitating the process.
How is this planning process related to the Next Beverly Hills Committee and the Blue Ribbon Strategic Committee?
While all three of these efforts will shape the future of the City, the Destination Development Plan specifically will do so through the lens of what will best support quality of life and a vibrant travel and tourism industry in the long term.
