Established in 2019, Kazan is the creation of Ryu Isobe. Ryu was the original founder of Tatsu Ramen. By spending more than half of his life in the USA, he has developed an understanding for both Japanese and American culture. He's always had a passion for Japanese food culture, the noodle in particular. After the success of his first restaurant opening, Tatsu Ramen, Ryu decided to open Kazan and create a new wave of Japanese food trend.
