Things to Do

On South Beverly Drive, Color Me Mine is a paint-your-own-pottery studio for children and adults dedicated to exploring The Art of Having Fun! Color Me Mine provides would-be artists with the studio and supplies to create their own ceramic masterpieces. 

When you visit The Paley Archive at the Beverly Hills Public Library, you will be a part of a vibrant cultural community where families, students, scholars, artists, and more can explore and engage with the history of media. In addition to accessing the collection, visitors will enjoy a robust lineup of events Including Paley’s acclaimed Conversation with a Curator series making its West Coast debut and the new exciting family series From Storytime to Screentime.

Get that much needed fresh air and exercise with a visit to our many parks, including Beverly Gardens Park, home of the Beverly Hills Sign and Lily Pond, Beverly Cañon Gardens, Greystone Mansion and Gardens: The Doheny Estate, Will Rogers Memorial Park, Virginia Robinson Gardens and Coldwater Canyon Park.

Kids of all ages (of 7 individuals or less in a group) are invited to visit the Beverly Hills Fire Department for walk-in station tours. Tours are limited to 30 minutes within specific hours of operation. 

Around Halloween (or anytime of the year), the Witch's House provides a most excellent and ghoulish backdrop for kid's photos. Please remember the home is a private residence and you must keep to the public right of way.

Now over 40 years old, the restaurant continues to serve its customers on South Beverly Drive. Other pizza options include Mulberry Street Pizzeria, Joe’s Pizza Beverly Hills, and Jon and Vinny’s.

The nation's first Cheesecake Factory, also in Beverly Hills, offers a wide and varied menu, including, of course, cheesecake!
